Reservation Policy

1. Booking Method:

Reservations can only be made through our official website: www.autoservicesvaldez.com

2. Confirmation:

Upon completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your service.

3. Pricing:

Service costs range from $99 to $399, depending on the make, model, and features of your vehicle.
After submitting your reservation request, a representative from Auto Services Valdez will contact you to confirm the final price based on your vehicle’s specifications and the services requested.

Payment Policy

1. Initial Payment

At the time of booking, a 30% deposit of the total service price is required to secure your appointment.
Payments can be made securely through the website at the time of reservation.

2. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Fees:

30% payment will apply. If you need to cancel your reservation, a fee of 50% of the initial
Example: If the total service cost is $200, the initial deposit is $60, and the cancellation fee will be $30.

2. Deadline for Cancellations:

To cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to be eligible for any refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the entire initial payment.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund of 50% of your initial payment as per the cancellation fee policy.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

2. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
